What CTB methods appear like an accident to others?

I was just curious if there were any CTB methods that look like an accident happened instead of obvious suicide. I saw an example in a different thread that was like going for a hike on a mountain and "accidently" falling off, but I couldn't really find anything else. I was also hoping the pain be as minimal as possible tyty

Autoerotic asphyxiation (partial hanging) is usually thought of being an accident, although who knows what went on in their minds.
But I'm not sure if this is as innocent as you're looking for
