Everything is in the title. If I do it on an impulse without fasting, what will happen? Will it be slower? Can I fail?

There is an increased risk of vomitting and a slower time to unconsciousness/death.

btw some people feel nauseous when they're hungry, i'm one of them. doesn't it defeat the whole purpose of fasting? plus, what is considered light food besides a toast? can u put butter on it? i'd like to eat something more tasteful than a dry piece of bread

I am the same as you. I feel kind of nauseous and sick when I'm hungry. I have low blood sugar. I'm curious also about what happens if you don't fast and take it? I would just imagine it would have a little bit of a slower onset of action but I think everything else would be the same. But I'm not sure. Thanks for any feedback

I can't fast easily either so the only solution I've come up with is to ctb in the morning, when it's easiest to not feel too badly affected. Makes me nervous because my SI is strongest in the morning and lowest at night, when I feel more at peace.

The morning is a good idea but I also would prefer to do it in the evening. Because 1) indeed SI is lower and 2) I would like to see death as an eternal sleep (without dream) and so I find it more natural to do it in the evening.

Indeed. That's a pity.

Yes, indeed a slower onset. The point would be to not eat Mac Donalds before and that the stomach is not almost exploding.

Butter would be fine I guess. I might go for a toasted warm sandwich cheese and ham and a little mix of fruits, like maybe an homemade compote of apple, cinnamon with a yogurt and maybe on the top some almonds cuts in little pieces.

This is just my guess, but I think the meal you mentioned would be too heavy. I think part of the reason why tea and toast was mentioned in PPH is because simple carbs digest easily and don't stay in your system too long. Protein, complex carbs etc take longer to digest and I don't think that would be a good idea.
