If you are serious then buy a 20kg/45lbs weight the ones used to benchpress and deadlift with and tie it around your waist with a rope..

But to be honest Is it just me or are these kind of post kinda annoying? Like the electric saw suicide I mean none of you are going to use these methods anyways so what is the point of making these threads is it just to fool around?

Ah, I see OP has edited their original post to add "what weight should they use" as I was wondering the same thing. Whether it was a query regarding type of fluid or whether a sedative would be necessary.

Regarding weights, I'm not sure

I'm just not sure why some "methods" need a thread. The *pros* and *cons* seem very apparent to even a blind dog.

Don't use method, It's extremely painful. But if you want to do that anyway, at least get a lot of sleeping pills first, then when you get sleepy enough release yourself from a cliff. It will do the the trick I believe.

Might as well jump then, tons easier and cheaper

It's not the same, with pills, you don't have to jump from like 50 meters. You will lose consciousness in mid air or with impact if you can adjust the time correctly. SI won't do shit by the way, heavy sleep beats every fear if it is heavy enough, at least for me it works perfectly. If you don't have acrophobia go jump from any roof it is up to you.

There's been some misinformation spread around that drowning can be quick and painless or even euphoric. I think a megathread of bad methods would be cool.

I was more thinking of the sawing round the neck that people post from time to time :-)

Yes, I agree, you should definitely start a mega thread of bad ideas
