I'm just curious I guess.
Mine are Tasting History (I can't rlly cook, but I love historical cooking vids), the RadBrad (comfort letsplay channel), Channel 5 and prob penguinz0, which is very stereotypical ig, but what can I say, he's just very entertaining imo

I like Chess Vibes, even though I don't really play chess. I like watching him solve the puzzles and go oh that's clever; I never would have thought of that.

Wrestling Bios - old school wrestling content. He's a jam up guy.

Veritasium - science concepts explained.

Comics by Perch - comic book show with somewhat insider knowledge, when he rants, he sounds like my best friend.

i never watch youtube anymore but TWD98 is a family-friendly Mario Kart Wii YouTuber. His commentary was really good and his skills are high. I enjoyed Jenn too, she's a YouTuber that used to have Sims playthroughs with wacky win conditions.

Slimecicle - Videogames + improv. Makes me laugh a lot, but doesn't upload often. Has a side channel Slmccl that's edited streams that uploads more frequently. His Unloop playthrough is a gem.

Doreimani - My comfort Youtuber. She does a lot of magical girl anime content. Her focus lately has been on cooking videos and it's a really pleasant watch.

Bur yeah her magical girl content is fun and I love her cooking, and I love cooking shows it really brings me back to having to watch whatever was on the channel when my family still only had one TV and no external apps on it.

I also like manlybadasshero and big gaming 64, manlys voice is really soothing and he plays games to really play them through without even boreing me it's nice to focus on his voice, big gaming has more variety though and occasional wholesome stories or the like if a game is particularly sad. His buddy time imat the beginning of almost all his videos can be really pleasant to hear too.

For me, it's ManlyBadassHero. I enjoy his sense of humor and that he isn't constantly yelling like a lot of other YouTubers. Personally, I tend to struggle with loud noises and constant changes in volume due to my ears being very sensitive. At least when I'm just trying to watch something to unwind and subdue myself.

I watched his videos with my brother when we were younger, he's the one who showed me his channel. So I've watched his videos during some very dark times in my life when I just needed something familiar and comforting to relax to. I really love indie horror games.

 

[Forever Sleep]

Ghost Town Living- A guy who owns/ lives in the abandoned mining town of Cerro Gordo. He makes really interesting videos on the history of the area, mine explorations, restoration work etc. The scenary is beautiful and he's very philosophical too.

Girl With The Dogs- A lady who documents her pet grooming experience. I could't keep an animal and give it a good life so- I get my animal fix watching videos of other people's pets/ animals. Her commentary is really funny.

Fascinating Horror: A channel dedicated to mini documentaries on disasters and mysteries. To satisfy my morbid curiosity with the macabre.

I relate, thank god that YouTube exists. It's sometimes so comforting to watch a channel you are already used to, when you are having a hard time. Sometimes it even makes me feel less alone as well
