My dead fiancee. In the last dream I remember holding her tightly and crying.

I have such a wide variety of dreams.

I've always been an extremely vivid dreamer even since I was a child so my dreams are all over the place.

Last night I dreamt I was a cast member on The Big Bang Theory (I'm a big fan of Penny lol)

Well I'm not sure, you sleep for a few hours and then I have different dreams between periods of sleep
What I remember from this night is the following, walking with someone who I think was my mother holding hands and asking her why I was born and she says something like "to counteract your sister", although I like to reflect instead of counteracting it is to complement my sister
In addition to a dream where we were screwing something high up with a neighbor and then Yoshi appeared (?) and left in search of something, it made me laugh because it had that sound that Meta Knight makes when he attacks with his sword

I don't remember last nights dream, but the night before was a mixture of different episodes but part of the same dream? That's the only way I can describe it, and it was one of them dreams, where it was me in it but it wasn't me type cliches! Ugh dreams a so odd!

I dream about two things. One is to one day get that text from my best friend yelling at me that they're not dead and my husband and I go the 4 hours to see him again. The other is about our children and all the funny adventures they take us on and funny things they say.

I'm used to not remember any of my dreams, but currently I keep getting nightmares or dreaming of my ex (painful).

recently, the main theme of my dreams has been death. i keep on trying to kill myself, i end up in situations where i am close to death, someone is trying to kill me, people around me are killing themselves or getting killed. weirdly enough i have never died in my dreams, i always come back alive somehow

Weird stuff. Stuff that makes me wonder what in the world my mind was thinking.

I've been keeping a dream journal as of late because I find a lot of them interesting, but today I just really didn't want to write it down. It made me extremely uncomfortable, and thankfully I almost have forgotten it.

But in the spirit of the post, I shall share one I did feel comfortable writing down:

TELL ME

"It was a mansion. Old, rickety, timeless, and still in use for purposes that extended beyond a dwelling place.

We were gathered. Lots of different people. Why and when was not known to me. All I knew was we all felt uncomfortable. We didn't belong here. And we needed to escape.

Any attempt to map out the place replaced our understanding of the place as a house and more as a maze. Most walls were brown, furniture crushed in unorthodox stacks littered the corners, and vegetation covered the spaces in between. Roaming through the halls and rooms simply fed our desperation.

And then a presence, a powerful presence, came into our midst. It summoned us to one of the innermost rooms. One of clean white ivory walls where the long room split in two sections: one of a prepared seating area like park tables with fixed bench seating, and the other area a clear area where a small kid stood.

In an instance we knew our destiny: execution. Additionally, we knew someone was on their way to save us, but not all of us. Some of us would surely die.

The powerful presence asked us which of us would like to go first. I thought about volunteering as the idea that my life would surely be spared meant that in going first we would all be saved. But fear and doubt shrank me.

Some big guy decided to be the first. He stood a mere 6 feet away from the kid. And it began.

The man showed visible distress as the air around him heated up, but sank his thumbs into the eyes of the boy. Both backed off and yelled in their own ways. The man now fell to the ground as his flesh ran off his bones like plastic.

The boy looked to be in pain, but he began to heal. We had hope, but it fell away like how the man fell away—melting away.

An influx of new people was rounded up into this room. In the commotion I cowered underneath one of the tables awaiting a savior. Hoping to not die in such a way and hoping not to have to fight tooth and nail for a life I knew not would be after evading execution. What was this place? I shivered and cowered alone underneath that table as the next victim stepped up to face the boy."

I've been dreaming of my job. Working. And I'm not being paid.



That aside, I sometimes dream about my old friends, cuddles, being held and comforted. Sometimes it's people I never met, other times it's, out of all people, my coworkers (I do have a mini crush on one though). One time I had a dream where a fictional anime woman saved my life from abuse and held me so tightly I cried, and ever since, I've been using that fictional anime woman to comfort me before I go to sleep or really any scenario I'm facing emotional overwhelm, almost all the time. I don't say her name intentionally because this fictional woman is keeping me safe, and I'm afraid of jeopardizing it.



I also have a lot of "dream in a dream" kind of dreams. Where I wake up, but the walls are bright, everything is bright, I realize I'm lucid, I panic, and a monster crawls out, a shadowy one, and suddenly I'm awake, but I'm still dreaming, but I'm no longer lucid, yet the world is crumbling. I feel like I'm in hell, and I don't know for the first minute awake if I'm still dreaming or if this time, I'm actually awake.

i dont remember the last few i had but i have had a recurring one where i have to go somewhere urgently but im not ready and have to gather together my things and get dressed but i cant find where anything is so im gonna be late also someone is yelling at me to go

Don't full remember them, but the happy ones involve me enjoying my hobbies again and being good.

The less good ones (which are rarer these days) involve me CTBing (the method changes) and what it would be like to be a ghost and see how people react, and if my friends online would even notice, sometimes it's just watching (mostly) online friends and trying to guide them to good choices and living a happy and full life.

I have vivid and ridiculous dreams about being shot and meeting people I haven't met or haven't seen in years. I usually end up dead, or someone else does.

i usually dream of my traumas, doing my ocd compulsions, ways i've considered ctb, and occasionally doing happy things with my bf or cats if i'm lucky. my dreams are more often than not very stressful and long, with many twists and turns in the plotline.
a few days ago, i dreamt that i was on an airplane and the flight attendants started giving out SN for free, like they do peanuts and pretzels. just walking down the aisles with a cart, offering it to everyone. people were so happy, some just started drinking immediately, while others took their time and talked with the people sitting next to them. believe it or not.
i didn't drink mine before i woke up. i was quite disappointed, got my hopes up.

I am currently dreaming of my life being less scary, less lonely, less painful to live. It hurts to exist inside my head. I hate it.

My heavily abusive ex, I spent years suffering from her and now it doesn't feel like I'll recover.

I have a very hard time telling the difference between reality and my dreams so when I often dream about her I get confused, I could think she's back or sometimes because of the dreams and I start believing my friends are her and she's back to get me, it's kind of scary how dreams can bleed into real life haha

I forgor what my recent dreams have been like. However, the most recent one I can remember is dreaming of being back in high school and seeing my two friends at a swingset. They were talking about how they are going to stay at school over the summer to prepare it for the next academic year. I woke up and I started crying because I missed having a place where I knew pretty much everyone (same school K-12). I don't think I've cried since that morning around 10 days ago, but I think that's because I've been taking Zoloft.

My ex who destroyed so many of my friendships and crumbled my already terrible self-esteem through my association with him. I don't want anything to do with him; I am at zero contact and just the thought of him and how he hurt me and other people sickens me. Yet, I dream of him every night. The worst part is that they aren't bad dreams. I have romantic dreams about running away with him and all of my responsibilities, keeping secrets, and shutting everyone else out. I don't want this person back in my life, and my current partner is better than him in every way. These dreams disturb me, and I don't know why they won't go away.

Been having a lot of nightmares lately. But had a fun one about my best friend last night. He had a weird obstacle course in his backyard? No clue where that came from. Here's to hoping for no nightmares tonight.
