What are Tickets?

Excuse my stupidity, never worked out what the posting tickets option is for.

What is it?

Never even knew they existed, probably the same as in Blizzard and other video game company sites. So you use them to message the site owners/mods/admins/community managers if you have encountered a bug or glitch or have some other issues.

You submit a ticket if you have an issue or something, I believe. Like ordering clothes online, when you get them you can open ticket if they're too small or want to return.

From my experience, don't count on a swiftly reply to a ticket.
