I think where I live hanging is one of the most common. Guns are illegal and the society denies people a peaceful exit. Hanging is probably the most accessible method and many have succeeded. However there is a risk of permanent damage and that is what scares me. I believe that knowledge and planning of methods are needed for it to succeed.
