That's the amount pph recommends with SN.

It's supposed to be the equivalent of 15+ mg of klonopin...which is an insanely high dose.

SN aside, what are the effects of such a high benzo dose? Does it knock you out for a few days or something? Put you in a coma? Risk a heart attack or something?

I've wondered about this too, and taking 3x10mg of meto.

Of course, they're the experts but it strikes me as odd. I mean, benzos kinda make sense in terms of if you take more, it will knock you out more. But an anti-emetic? - that's not intuitive to me that more = better, but obviously I have no idea about these things.
