If I decide to take SN ,just on impulse/without preparation , what are my chances of CTB? Could I be survive then?

I live in a countryside, very far from nearest hospital. So my chances of survival would be slim if I take it ?

Probably quite slim, unless the paramedics had this blue junk they inject you with to counteract nitrite poisoning.

Try take it somewhere you won't be found for a few hours.

The only thing that could happen is you could vomit so I'd really suggest some antiemetic.

So for example if I decide to take it today (and I wasn't fasting, and not having proper medication) then I wouldn't die most likely?

No i would say the risk of death is still very real, maybe ~60%. It only takes a few grams slipping into your lower intestines then you won't be able to vomit it up. Also some people just don't puke when taking SN.

The problem with food is that you are most likely going to throw up.

I'm not sure, adding it to water is tested and shown to work. You want it to slip as far down into your digestive tract as possible.

I guess you could try put it on some fries or something, but it would likely spend too much time in your stomach.

Thanks a lot. Sometimes I have good days and I want to live, but sometimes very bad and then I would just take it in impulse.. just wondering if it could kill me then, If I just take it during one of these bad days

Also, I've seen a few goodbye threads by people who drank SN and they haven't shown up since then.

Honestly, I never planned to take my SN the proper way. My suicidal thoughts peak at night time, it's not that I want to live during the day, I just lack the guts to follow anything through during that time. I was going to do my normal day routine of a couple of energy drinks and junk food (as little as possible) and then take the SN at night. I'll fast as much as I can, but I can't manage more than a few hours. I also don't have antiemetics, I'll take some ibuprofen for pain. This is a risk I'm willing to take, if it doesn't work then it's my fault but at least I can let y'all know lol
SN is deadly stuff, people have died accidentally after taking a few grams, I see no reason why the same wouldn't happen if you take 25g and have more as backup incase of vomiting

Why do it if you're not 100% sure you want to die? You can always die later. You can't reverse death.

I am quite sure now, I can't take the suffering any longer. Just I am not prepared and have only SN

Pretty sure you need water. Just 50ml, no more. Have to get down quite a lot of SN. Second dose is key to have as a back up if people throw up too much.

OP, I'd try to get as much as you can in the regime but some have done without anything else other than SN and succeeded. SN threads will have more info

Nobody can really tell you what the odds are. There is no proper research on dying on SN. All we know is there is a certain method that seems to be effective, based on a few proper reports and a lot of anecdotal evidence and assumptions.

Deviating from this method forms a risk, nobody can tell you how large it is. You decide if you are willing to take that risk, or if you can bare the extra preparations.
