What are some ways to make partial hanging more affective

lets say i got a FITTING rope and a good point to hang from what other things should i use or consider to make hanging more affective and increases chances of a successful partial hanging?

practice compressing your carotid arteries with your thumbs and see if you can make your self start to get weak. Your hands will loosen before you pass out so you shouldn't be too concerned. It'll give you a gauge for just how much pressure you need to apply to make this work, and WHERE you need to apply it.

when you do it, make sure you're on your arteries (you can even mark them with sharpie) and give in to your weight as much as you can.

do i need to have a sweet spot in order to have a successful PH ?
a few weeks ago a friend told me of the night night method i tried to find the sweet spot but i did nt find any spot in my neck that gives me any special feeling
