As a healthcare professional, I wouldn't say it's dangerous but it is generally a prescription med. most of these antiemetics are roughly related to antipsychotics and have a risk of EPS and/or prolonged QT interval and if you take that further torsades des pointes. But we're talking about CTB, so like the more dangerous the better in my book. I have never seen a single person with permanent EPS, and I have been in the position where if that occurred frequently I sure as hell would have seen it. I'd be far more worried about having a stroke from literally anything else.
