I eat a knockoff brand of Cheerios with no sugar (dry), ciabatta bread, chips, and a weekly pizza. That's my diet. I take a multivitamin as well. The cereal causes too much gas due to the oats, so I want to include other things.

My weight is normal and I actually look kinda muscular.

Some fruit or vegetables would probably be good lol
Like cucumbers, leafy greens, carrot, bell pepper, bananas, persimmons, tangerine...

You could have some frozen meals that include vegetables - those are most often pre-cooked and easier to digest. In my country there are pretty good stir frys or like seasoned and pre-sliced potatoes to add to a meal.
I regularly use those.
Other than that I often eat yoghurt with fruit and nuts (there are a thousand different kinds of yoghurts).
I also love nuts and nut butters in general.
