What are best sources of co

I definitely want to explore using CO to CTB.
I know there is renting a tent option and using a grill but I've read it's hard to gauge when coals are just right. In the US what are the best options

Sulphuric acid and formic acid. From what I've researched it's more reliable than charcoal.
