I contracted Covid-19 last week and when getting tested I told the nurse practitioner that I also had nausea, vomiting, and headaches. She prescribed 7 days of Ondansetron. I can't search the forum yet and haven't seen it posted anywhere. The drug is a "serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist" and mainly used to treat nausea and vomiting for chemotherapy and cancer patients.

Have look at Stan's guide.

Ondansetron is mentioned in the PPeH which can be downloaded from the suicide section. I can't post that link for some reason.

I did and that drug is not listed. I have to imagine there are more drugs that would work but are not included in Stan's guide. I can remember reading something about the drug needing to block the sensations sent to the brain a couple months ago but can't find it. Seems like Ondansetron would work since it does similar for nausea/vomiting in chemo patients.

It says in Stan's Guide you need a dopamine blocker.

You'd need to check the PPeH but I think it mentions using Ondansetron in conjunction with meto. Don't take my word for it!

I'm trying to figure it all out too!

Just looked through the Nov'21 edition. It does say to use Metoclopramide and Ondansetron together. Seems like Ondansetron alone would increase the chance of failure.

Meto (MCP), Domperidon or the over the counter drug Diphenhydramin(chlorid).
By the way according to a book I have 50mg of Diphenhydramin(chlorid) per kg body weight are considered lethal.
