Nothing. The idea of pride/ proud of oneself is one of the things I dislike about existing and about being human. Self-importance, comparisons, competition and arrogance are its close cousins...

I have things I'm glad I achieved/overcame, though.

i dont think ive ever felt pride, im either just relieved that its over or dreading the next thing. if i did a bad job i hate myself for it, and if i did a good job i just think thats the bare minimum for what i should do and i dont deserve to be proud.

I suppose "being a good person"?

Ultimately it hasn't given me much, but when I think of my friends and how I improved their lives (and they mine) I do feel.. maybe not exactly proud, but glad that I still stuck around until now.

1) I managed to graduate even though I had a mental disorder.
2) Not killing myself before trying therapy and medication.

I literally can't think of anything, maybe being in the top 1% elite of losers is sort of an achievement in itself doe.

What are you really proud of yourself for?
Not much really really, i did achieve some big results on the workplace until 2020 by dedicating 70.80 hours per weel to the job. No friends, no family, no lve life, no kids. Now I lost that job and I feel purposeless and too old at 44 to start again and anyway too tired. I have a shitty but secure job but cannot imagine anothe 40 years of this pain, knowing I will never be more that I was in 2020. Better to tb this is what I think most of the time.
