Did a one night stand with finally someone my age and since I am bi, it was another male. He was such a sweet guy and we were building tension before we did our actual (thing) and holy hell after all the years of homophobia I had (ended in 2021), I realized I am actually bisexual and DIDN'T EVER think I would come to this.

Unfortunately I will have to keep it a secret from my family because they aren't very fond with the LGBTQ+ due to being conservative catholics. I can't even tell my most "trusted" family about this. So for now, I am heading home at 4:00AM and plan to LARP about why I was gone.

Just a little side note being bi and LGBTQ+ doesn't have to be the same. I know a few gay/bi people and they distance themselves from the LGBTQ+ crowd since they are so in your face about it all and the people i know want to keep their sexuality private which is better in my humble opinion since there is nothing more private and personal than sexuality.

I consider myself more conservative too but i don't think bad about anyone who doesn't harm others and between consenting adults love is love.

congratulations! its really cool that it has been a nice experience for you. sorry about your family tho, everyone deserve to be respected no matter their sexual orientation. but i heard that the pope himself has shifted the vaticans opinion on gays, like he stated that homosexuals are too children of god and that being gay is not a crime. so maybe the opinion of your family will change too? and maybe someday you will open up to them and they will accept you? im a little bit delulu, hahaha
