I was abused as a kid and had serious mother issues (still do) I am a man, and for some reason I want to be held by a woman. Just any woman (it's not sexual at all) Wondering is any body else feels an overwhelming desire to be held like a baby. This seems so weird considering I am a man. Haha. This is a very normal reaction to an abusive upbringing Involving the mother. There's nothing wrong or abnormal about how you are feeling. I've honestly known a lot of men that feel that way. Sometimes they feel that way when their mothers are overly loving as well.

I know what that's like. It's not exactly a fetish, but you'd just want someone to craddle you and treat you sweetly. I completely understand. That's a brave thing to say, although, I'm sure lots of people who have had bad upbringings can relate.

Men need affection, too. I don't think there's anything weird about that. Especially if they were denied affection growing up. Humans thrive on touch.

I actually just watched something from Vice like that. A lady is a "professional cuddler" and it's strictly non-sexual.

Depending on where you live you might be able to find someone like that and if not I can guarantee you that most escorts would happily take that offer rather than having to actually do anything sexual.

I get it, but its ended up opposite with me. I don't remember getting hugs and cuddles off my mum as a kid. But now I get them off her and cringe. Maybe because I'm not use to it or I'm a weirdo. I don't like feeling like this with my mum.

It's not weird at all. A lot of people, including me, who go through abuse become very sexually active. It's usually not even about the sex but a craving of intimacy.

I honestly don't know or think I was sexually abused. I was always very sexual though. It's like I've turned a corner in life though. Now I crave more emotionally than sexually. But I also know me, after awhile of cuddling and gaining that bond, I'd want to make love to that person. Not the first time maybe, but eventually.

i totally understand. i was neglected my dad as a kid so i tend to date very masculine and protective partners (whether they're male, female, or neither).
