I wear a chest binder and i wear it pretty unsafely so it cuts off a lot of my breathing sometimes and im wondering how this will affect attempting to ctb with partial suspension ? should i take it off for this or leave it on?

@fizzy_tones If your worried about it making partial suspension an ineffective way to CTB, I dont see how it would hinder anything besides possibly making it a bit more of a distressing feeling.

Partial suspension is a vrey unreliable method, several memebres here have posted that they have failed with this from 15 to 25 times. It works once in a while but rarely. I don't thin the chest binder will affect things.
