Hi, I was looking at Stan's Guide to SN and saw that you need antiemetics to keep the SN down.
From what I've read, none of the 6 antiemetics he listed are possible to get in Australia without a doctor's prescription and I don't think I'm able to convince a doctor I need them, especially considering my medical history.
Does anyone know any other way to get such things in Australia?

Another thing is he mentioned sedatives. I have some codeine/paracetamol mix. Will that help me or will that just cause further complications and pain if my attempt fails?

I don't know if helpful in Aus, but I'm in SE Asia. I asked two pharmacists for meto saying that I needed to take a long trip and I get nauseous. The one gave me dimenhydrinate, which I searched on here and it's not useful. The other one gave me ondansetron, which seems to be a better bet for an alternative.

I'm in Australia and in the same boat. You can get Anagraine over the counter which has Panadol and metoclopramide. There are some older threads that mention it. Unfortunately I tried 3 tablets and they made me feel very uneasy and like I could not swallow. I don't know what I am going to do as I need to CBT in the next few weeks, but the lack of antiematic is the problem.

Opoids like codeine are not legal where I am. But I wish I had them because of my chronic pain that hinders my ability to walk / run / work / etc. Personally, I am very wary of mixing drugs together. I would not try anything that says "add this and then this and this and this and etc"... I've seen threads on here where people are attempting concoctions of 6 or 7 different things at once. Very likely you will not die if you rely on that many different factors all at once and don't understand the consequences of mixing so many things together. But IDK tho.

Let me know if you manage to find a solution. SN seems so perfect if not for this bump in the road.
I'm not sure. I feel codeine would calm you down but I do fear mixing concoctions like you said might mess things up.

I think the guide said that travel sickness ones won't work unfortunately.

Did you manage to get hold of SN?

I'm not too worried about that aspect, I've found a reputable website to buy 1kg of it (way too much but it's the smallest amount from a legit seller) so I'm going to have that posted to a mail pickup centre soon enough.
