Accdnt hpn not undrstd how ppl accdnt this but ppl ctb not abltyi tried it once without informing me properly beforehand and i think the mistake many make is to drink all the water in one go. i think you need to drink the amount over a few hours and not all at once. i tried it all at once and threw up after like 3 liters. but if you would try to do it over maybe 4-5 hours or a whole day, it may be possibleSimilar threads
