Water intoxication experiences - how much needed to die?

I've heard VSED is ass at CTB but that intoxication works wonders. How much water do you need to intake before it kicks in?

Your kidneys can flush out between 1 and 1.5 litres each hour, so you'll need to drink a significant amount of water in a short time span. The first result of Google Images tells me you'd need to drink 6 litres within what I assume to be 1 hour if you weigh 75 kg. As for official sources, a sciencelab.com report that is referenced in several water intoxication studies claims the LD50 of water to be >90 ml/kg. I don't recommend suicide by water intoxication.
