Looked down from the top floor of the shopping center…. Looking back it was certainly on impulse. Thinking about my current predicament and my pointless future. All these thoughts nearly made me do it.
When I read that someone had even survived jumping from Beachy Head it put me off somewhat. To survive with a massive injury sounds like an even more hellish existence than the one I currently have.
Elizabeth Gaglewski died Wednesday after plummeting from Bar 54 at the Hyatt Centric Times Square on Wednesday, but cops are still investigating whether she jumped or fell.

If that is the same story I read, they didn't fall the full 500ft, they caught a ledge.
A dog is reported tp have fell the full 500ft and survived though but the exact part wasn't mentioned. It could have been where erosion has created inclines of chalk.
Yes imagine going to those lengths and that happening. I can't even begin to imagine how awful it would be. It's like surviving jumping into Niagara or something - again some people have.
