I haven't self harmed (cutting specifically) in a few months now. But lately, idk I just have been missing it. The only thing keeping me from doing it is fear of my girlfriend finding out. I can't keep that shit from her. Idk. I don't have to cut but I just want to. Sounds stupid but it's just how it is.

I get that honestly. I struggle with sh too, but I don't really have to worry about others in my life seeing it. I think keeping in mind the consequences of doing it could help you a little? Also maybe there are different ways to cope doing something you love or other harm reduction methods people do might help. I hole youre feeling ok tho :( ♡

Sh is a addiction, once you become dependent on it its hard to give it up. The best thing to do is to tell her that you're struggling and find ways to distract yourself or by using different coping methods so you don't end up relapsing.
I'm scared to express the feelings cause I feel like she'll think these feelings came out of nowhere but they've been bubbling for a while. It's just really hard to talk about-especially since I know she's dealing with her own shit. I feel like it'd make it worse? I'll probably bring it up to her gently I just am unsure of when.
If both you you seek a long lasting relationship both of you should talk about such stuff openly and have fully understanding of each others's personal reasons. Both of you should support each others in getting better together. That's my opinion.
