  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I've always figured I'd end up dying by suicide, whether it's now in my 20s, or 50 years from now. My mental health is the worst it's ever been, but my life situation has the potential to improve a bit, so maybe life will be more meaningful? But I still have my doubts.
And I'd give anything to have the chance to see my best friend again in Heaven. Is it a bad idea to go through with suicide if I'm not 100% sure?

It is your life and your decision and only you know what is best for yourself. You have the right to exit this world at a time of your own choosing after all. I have also always known that I will ctb, I cannot imagine myself dying from anything else. I'm sorry you are suffering. I wish you the best in whatever happens.

I agree with LeavingForever, but I would just add if you're not 100% sure, then you pretty much know your answer.

You can always ctb later if you choose to live now. You cant live later if you successfully ctb now. If you are torn about your decision choose the one where you are able to change your mind later.
