Method Voluntary Stopping of Eating and Drinking (VSED)

Hi. I am not sure if there is an existing thread about VSED. Can you recommend this method? Aside from hanging, I am also considering this. I am usually alone at home. I can resist any food offered to me.

It is not recommendable by most. It requires extreme abstinence, you will be tempted to eat constantly...

And then if you live with family they will call a hotline to have you rescued and nourished.

Usually this action is included when you want to hang yourself in the wild to prevent excessive bowel movements and such. VSED alone usually ends up making you unconsciously try to pursue on finding ways to survive i.e. rushing to places just for food or water involuntarily.

You will need to be attended at all times,lots of paperwork involved if you are in a pro-choice country.

Just sounds too painful and long winded. Probably not the most ideal way to CTB.

A lot of people here will deprecate VSED but if I didn't have this method as a last resort option to ctb I'd feel extremely claustrophobic in this life. Look to other options first but if you've exhausted them all and you don't want to be hopelessly trapped in the world then this is your way out. Just my 2 cents.
