I think Visine (the ones containing tetrahydrozoline) does have potential as a CTB method, but you'd need to take a very large amount... like maybe 20+ of the 15 ml bottles at once. I've seen a couple posts on SaSu where people said they took 1 to 10 bottles of the 15 ml at once and still survived. (If you search for "Visine" or "tetrahydrozoline" in the search bar a bunch of posts should pop up.) And there's a case study about an eldery man who took 8 bottles and survived, though he went to the hospital after a day or so because it gave him heart problems - if he hadn't gone then maybe he would have passed?
On the other hand, you have news stories of people murdering their husbands/friends with only a few bottles, like 6 or less. There are case studies about children having to go to the emergency after ingesting a single bottle or so lol. And there was a SaSu user who made a post about taking 3 bottles at once, and then never posted again... but ofc, there's no way to confirm if they actually CTB'd or not.
There was also a SaSu user called mirzani, I believe, who posted about taking 1 or 2 bottles almost everyday for a couple of weeks... microdosing Visine, I guess you could say. They updated regularly for a while but stopped posting eventually so maybe it worked? But unfortunately their experience did not seem peaceful... :(
So... the info out there is confusing. Like another person said, it could be that it depends heavily on personal factors, such as overall health and weight. A smaller person, like a child, would need much less Visine to do serious damage than a larger person.
From the experience you posted and the other stories I've read on SaSu, overdosing Visine seems to cause relatively peaceful symptoms... low blood pressure, dizziness, bradycardia, etc (though it looks like you experienced some tachycardia too). It seems to knock people out in many cases. So it would be a peaceful-ish way to CTB, if it actually worked. The problem is that it's not reliable... it MIGHT work if you take a very large amount at once (and that's assuming you don't proceed to throw up all of that liquid), but there's just not enough info out there to be sure. I personally wouldn't recommend it, because you might end up just doing long-lasting damage to your body instead
