Is here someone that is considering this, or is in the process of this? The later would be the most helpful. I desperately need assistance with the procedure. I am in very very inhumane pain caused by a incurable neurological disease that only gets worse. I need to do this I have no other options as I can't traumatize my family.
Any help is a blessing for me
