Theoretically anyone on the same network as you would be able to record your traffic on that network, iirc what's encrypted is only the part that leaves your network and goes through the internet, so your traffic isn't protected from anyone on the same network as you.
Could that get you into trouble?
Not really, SaSu isn't an illegal site or anything, what they could do if they really wanted to is block connections to SaSu.
As Dot already said, if you're worried about that you can use a VPN (I used windscribe a few years ago), that encrypts the traffic as it leaves your device so even people on the same network can't read it and also IT won't see where you're connecting to so even if they block connections to SaSu you'll still get through.
