I feel guilty for being here.

I've been planning a method with a very low SR that could happen quick and whenever, so that i could feel ready to go when i wanted. However, it involves water. which at the height of fall doesn't affect SR, but I'm worried that my body will be recovered.
Apparently, since bodies fill with gasses a week after decomposition, they'll float to the surface and so have to be recovered prior to that. though i also want this method because my body will very quickly provide food for the creatures under the water. I'm worried of the environmental destruction cremation or burial could cause.
Is this a real thing? and if i were to wear something along the lines of lead diving weights, or maybe a round steel chain, would i be allowed to decompose in the bottom of the inlet? for reference the water depth is somewhere in between 24 and 66 meters deep. Alternatively, if i left a note where i live or by the location, would it be better to just allow them to recover my body and then ask for a burial at sea?
I know there's probably a dozen other important factors at play in this situation, but I would be grateful for any reply.
