I liked the guy. he was a bit weird but in a good way. Being a serial liker was his way to connect with people and it was funny, every time I posted something I knew it wouldn't be long before my little bell lights up.

Normally this is not done but this is going going to be an exception to avoid some people blaming others and making pointless drama. I'll just say that it was a deserved ban for breaking rules multiple times and being toxic, racist, animal abuser, and homophobic. Nothing else will be said about the matter from this side.

My gut feeling is often right, and I knew the moment I joined here and somebody started liking everything, it was a sick stalky thing and ignored them outright. Then, among many other things, I saw that he said drug users were subhuman in a thread involving ford. I know ford was beyond caring about a little troll here when he was already hounded to death by a mob outside of his house, but that was as low as it gets. And no, autistic people do not behave like this. Fishing for people's worst experiences, whatever. I'd also say that anybody who is here even though they are not suicidal or able to offer medical/legal information, they turn out to be twisted in some way, preying on people's pain.

I trust that the mods here are doing a fair job of protecting the site and it's members, and whatever led to the ban was probably not a spur of the moment one-time offence.

I also feel for those who aren't well, who have suffered a lot and for a long time, are in great despair and constant distress, all of which caused them to have opinions or values and behaviours that are/were offensive to others.

Not an excuse, but I feel for all of us who lead agonizing lives we wish to escape from.

I admire your compassion, but this person did not even want to escape from anything or have unbearable pain by his own admission. Indeed bad experiences breed hard opinions, and I probably have my own fair share, but you don't call people who are literally at death's door subhuman to their face because they used drugs. The treasure in this forum is how much compassion we have for one another, even if we have very different circumstances, without judging. I've seen immense gentleness here from a girl with psychopathic traits. Because it is all a choice. We choose to be destructive or not, whatever the issues we might have.

I used to be a poster on here. We met through this forum and used to talk a fair amount on discord, but after I left we eventually didn't talk for a fairly long time (this wasn't because of a fight though or anything like that). After a while I tried to contact her again, but she and our messages were totally gone from my discord for some reason and from that point on I didn't really have any way of contacting her.

I just really want to know what happened to her and if anyone here knows something or knows if she said anything about what she was going to do..

Nah, I remember her as well. I don't know if she was going to ctb, but I definitely do recall her saying that she wanted to take a break from moderation. Perhaps she is taking a break from the site as whole as well.

This nifty little fellow, from what I heard, turned out to be an animal abuser. There was quite a bit of anger when he was discovered.
I don't know who made the original discovery. AFAIK, he's banned for being a terrible human being.

She left the site. I talked to her a couple of months ago but it's been a while since. (This was well after she left.) I think she is alive and doing her best to get on day by day. She's really a wonderful person. I know she said she hadn't been back to check the site or lurk so I think she's doing other things, which I hope makes her happy.

There was a memorial/tribute thread made by another user who knew her.
She took N so i'd say she did indeed peacefully passed away.
Also the user who did the goodbye thread seemed sure that she was no longer among us.
She is going to be missed, but on the other hand, she may be in peace now and that's wonderfull.

I am relatively new here, I just came across the pill handbook thread and I noticed one post that said 3 members he knew were successful with sn and one of them was named eden. Not sure if it's appropriate to post this here, but earlier in this thread is a link to her obituary. There are many comments from loved ones, even recent ones. Reading them is bringing tears to my eyes the way they describe her, I wish I had gotten a chance to communicate with her. I hope she knew how loved she was or at least it seems that way(oftentimes u never truly know.) I know it was her decision to make, I hope she found what she was looking for. I truly wish we could all find a way to stay alive that we could tolerate, but I know for some of us, that just isn't a reality.
