Thanks Johnny. I was aware of his deciding to face life after his devastating circumstances.
I am also aware he was in communication with moderators about a snowstorm causing severe damage and knocking out communications for him.
What worries me is, it has been some time now since that happened.
Perhaps the difficulties he faced have been very time consuming for him, preventing time for SS.
I just hope he didn't decide to change his mind. :(
Just touching base to confirm that I have not yet ctb, to keep the record unambiguous, and to thank folks for their concern. As was posted, a snowstorm knocked down my internet cable --the next passing snowplow then ripped away the remainder-- and it has taken until today, over five weeks, for Comcast to make a temporary (long story) repair. The break from the internet has actually been quite refreshing; I would recommend a cold-turkey detox for anyone --though the DTs can be ugly at first. Thank Fortune they made the repair before the final season of Game of Thrones...
I probably won't be spending much time here, however. I'm still pretty unhappy, there are a couple major emotional hurdles impending, and I doubt getting so involved in technical matters of suicide will help me refrain from catching the bus.
But I ain't dead yet --by choice.
