I've been trying therapy for a while, even trying different doctors when I didn't feel comfortable with one but it doesn't seem to make a difference. My boyfriend of 13 years packed up and left me when I was at work. It's been absolutely impossible to envision my life without him. Every second of the day I'm in pain.
Therapy is just one avenue to take and it can be helpful to some. Are you in any medication, or been diagnosed by a Psychiatrist?<I dont want to know the diagnoses just curious if you have had this done yet>.
Any types of trauma in your life?
That sounds awful losing someone you thought you would spend your life with. Life will put your through trials that I promise you! I believe everyone should try everything they possibly can before making the ultimate decision.
Again you have these choices, and I will not try to talk to into or out of anything just want to offer a little bit from someone else who understands. Sometimes I am clouded also thinking there is no other way just to wake up the next day and have ideas of what I can do to better myself so I do not have to make that ultimate decision.
