USA Congress to ban SN?

Hey y'all,
Found this while looking for SN in the USA, if someone already posted about it my bad.
It looks like the bill was just introduced a couple weeks ago, it hasn't been passed or anything, but they're looking to ban selling products with high concentrations of SN to individuals.
Can anyone with more political knowledge advise?

Hopefully it doesn't get passed, but we need to work quickly to find good sources or different methods if it does...

I'm not saying they won't pass this law. One thing to keep in mind though is that it doesn't really mean much when a new bill is introduced in Congress. Most bills that are introduced never become law. On average only 5 percent of bills introduced to Congress become law.

If only I learned about SN years ago. I could try and buy it now but I hear about worldwide crack downs on it and im not sure how it is being treated in the US. Every post I see is either Australia or UK. I REALLY don't need the police visiting me rn.

Love how they had to add, "and for other purposes." to make it seem like…people are making SN bombs? May delicatessen owners and beef jerky aficionados country wide rise up and squash this attempt to ban SN.

On a serious note, if this bill continues on and makes it to vote, it'd be a good time for Right to Die activists to counter. The US government only cares not to lose its workforce and are also noticing not as many people are interested in having kids, ie the replacement workforce.

so it's true. i know ccs stopped selling sn instead of 'sodium silicate' but no down too, just IC.
