Help Urgent, will amphetamines cancel out SN?

Hi,

I am planning to CTB with SN, but I am awful at fasting. I regularly take amphetamines (2-fma, speed, etc) to help decrease my appetite.

Would this cancel out the SN? I am aware it could make the cardiological issues rough, but I do not care about the pain. Would the SN still be lethal?
