• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Yesterday was too foggy and tide was in
Weather's good
Tides out

This would require a complex physics calculation that needs variables from your current environment. There is no way to answer this for you.

Just look over the edge, you will see if there's any jagged rocks. All the best if you do go through with it 👍

I am really sorry you feel like this is your only choice. Being scared is your body's way of telling you to stop and rethink your plan. Maybe you realize deep down inside somewhere that this plan is likely gonna leave you with some pretty significant injuries, as opposed to killing you outright?

I am definitely pro- choice, baby, but not if the choice scares you. Or will likely leave you injured fo die slowly. Or not at all and leave you with debilitating injuries. Please take a deep breath and rethink how you want to do this. There is no shame in being afraid. Or waiting another day and considering what lays ahead. You are in my thoughts. And I wish you a peaceful and painless journey when your time comes. Even if you still decide Beachy Head is your destination. 🫂🫂🫂 Now matter what, know you are not alone. We are with you in heart. And soul. ❤️❤️❤️

Let's say you run at 6 mph. (If you are fit, and the ground is flat and even, you should manage faster than that.) That's about 9 feet per second. The fall would take about 7 seconds. In that time you would travel horizontally a distance of about 9 x 7 = 63 feet. Reduce that a bit to allow for air resistance, so let's say 50 feet. So, if the cliff is exactly vertical, and you run at that speed, you should land about 50 feet from the base of the cliff. Obviously, in the early stages of the fall you would be much less than 50 feet from the cliff. And the cliff may not be exactly vertical.
