Update on my last thread (CTB maybe)

So, I am a new member and i mentioned before a guy who stopped talking to me out of nowhere. I found out that its because i have "too many problems" and he doesn't wanna "deal with that mess". "She'll be fine" "she's mentioned killing herself so many times but never did it" "theres so many fish in the sea and this aint a fish im reeling"
Of course, im heartbroken.
I am planning on drinking some bleach and cleaning supplies and cutting myself. I don't have a solid plan on CTB but im just hoping i'll get to the ER at least.

I'm so sorry he said that-- that's so unbelievably horrible so so so many people spew out those hurtful words without any clue how much it can affect people... it makes me so upset that I see it so often amongst my suicidal friends :(

Please don't drink bleach or chemicals. Cutting over that creep is not worth it either.

I know its not worth, but its almost as if I want to prove a point to him that I can kill myself and I will,,, and the thing is, he has his problems that I helped him with!! Its so, like hes a hypocrite.

Thank you truthfully I didnt think he would be the type of person to say that about me but people will always surprise you, and you don't truly know someone. :( I hope the chemicals take me to the ER, and if I die then I die.

You can talk to me if you'd like... I grew up around women so horribly mistreated so people like you make me so sad and I think that's why I have been reacting so emotionally<3

Don't cause yourself more harm than what others already done to you. People that hurt you like that don't really care all that much even after you're gone. It isn't worth it and you might endup with further complications than just a short visit to the ER.

Again I don't think harming yourself like this is a good idea especially for your reasoning... like what others said he might not even care. Please don't do this. You can have better people to live for.

I understand your pain girl, recently I know someone very closely who is going through something like this too and it utterly destroys my heart </3 In a month she went from inviting me to her marriage to his manipulation and twisting of her mental illness </33 and him saying things like "You'll just OD anyways..." horrible.

I'll hit you up. I'm not the best at talking but I'll do you anything so you don't commit because of this. i know how heightened and vulnerable you are now and I just don't want you to do something in the heat of the moment that you might regret later.

Yes it's been hard for her I encouraged her to take medicine and push her to move back with her family... the days she's not stuck with him she's so happy... she's filled with joy. She's so close to getting rid of him that I don't know how I'd feel if she would ctb right before getting to live with her family again. This getting too personal LOL I'd rather continue that kind of stuff in personal chat. But yes! So many people are wronged by assholes but anyways please don't drink the bleach. Especially not for a guy like him!!!

Please, don't do this.

You'll be put in a psych ward if you do this way, it's not going to work.

If you want to CTB you must plan it thoughtfully, failure will just make things worse. Remember the DBT Skills book I've shared with you, there's a section called "Radical Acceptance". Use the skills to clear your mind until you don't have a solid plan.

Something that has being extremely helpful to me is writing letters to the people I resent, put in all your darkness in those letters, your anger, your sadness. You don't have to send it to them if you don't want to, but at least for me they help a lot to prevent me doing things I might regret.
