backstory -----ive spent months researching methods / acquiring the stuff i need/ planning etc ..have made total peace with my plans (am ready)- often gone with the thoughts id be happy not to wake up but then
fast forward to2 weeks ago, im casually eating my MIL's roast beef and one random piece gets stuck in my throat...kept trying to swallow it but wouldn't shift...was getting harder and harder to breathe, started to really panic.
genuinely thought i was a goner....
finally managed to shift it after making myself vomit (on their kitchen floor i might add ha ha)- wasnt my best look). was only when lying in bed later that i started to think to myself - its mad how even though ive made plans to CTB, when it almost happened my body went into autopilot and done whet it needed to do to stay alive. not sure why im sharing this-but it definitely hit home for me that its really important to pick a method suitable for you.
the feeling of choking/ not being able to breathe was worst feeling ive ever experienced.
