  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I work as a paramedic. I feel like I've gone through "compassion fatigue" though, and in many ways I hate my job now.

Idk who needs to hear this but it's ok if u don't have a job at the moment, shit happens and that doesn't mean you're lesser or a burden. Yourself is the most important thing and ik the world makes it seem like ur a bum if u don't have a job but if ur not mentally well enough to have a job at the moment you're doing yourself, and everyone else a favor by taking care of yourself first.

College educated, been working part-time since I was eighteen and full-time since I was 22. Decently successful at work too.

Still sucks. I browse SaSu on the clock, without company wi-fi of course lol. The prospect of doing this shit for the next 50 years or so is not exactly lifefuel. I hate working, hate waking up for work, hate driving to work. When I was growing up, I loved the idea of being a SAHM with my lovely children and taking care of my house for my lovely husband. Fate sure scammed me out of that life... sigh.

Never had a job. I was even a NEET for the past three years, but I've gone to a vocational school now. I'm just doing it to buy myself some time though and I'll maybe ctb after it.

I had a nice career and a job I loved. Then depression and anxiety came so they fired me. Now I have another job that I hate.

I resigned from a long-term job end December and left my country in search of new employment because of what happened which also made me suicidal. I was unemployed and stressing about it from January and only started working again in May, my money ran out completely and I started to struggle buying food. If I could not find a job in time, my plan was to use the last of my money for SN. Now, I've ordered SN with my first salary to make sure I have it in case needed. Unemployment, or no income, could've been a contributing factor to ctb. If I cannot support myself financially, then there is nobody who can help.
