UK - how long could you go to prison if caught with N?

I don't know about UK laws but I'm guessing that unless your importing a commercial quantity of N to be sold or you're a dealer in N, you're unlikely to go to prison for just one importation.

I may be wrong but just check up on it.

If you're just buying enough for yourself & IF you get caught I imagine you're more likely to be hospitalised for being suicidal rather than being jailed for it as a crime.

Its a class B drug in the UK and possession is up to 5 years in prision, an unlimited fine or both - If its enough to be considered supplying its up to 14 years so i doubt you'll find any suppliers in the UK. I agree with DyingAlf someone getting caught bringing it in to the UK to ctb will be sectioned at least.

My plan was to get it delivered to a P.O box but I'm paranoid they'd let the N go through customs just to scout it out to catch the perp and arrest me there and then .

Read the pph regarding people getting caught in Australia. They appeared in court and paid small fine and were told to never do it again.

However if you claim mental illness then they are more than likely going to send you to the psych ward.

P O box operators don't allow certain things plus I think if I remember correctly they do random checks on their boxes to enforce this policy. Just have it delivered at home address, you might get love letter from customs or more than likely get your N.

That depends, I mean if the police seized it. Its been ordered using bit coin and pgp etc that can't be traced (or at least would be hard and not worth it for 1 bottle).

Maybe it was never you that ordered it the 1st place, must be a mistake

I have seen people in the US say you would get locked up, i only have what they say.

In the UK it aint gonna happen and not even near for the times etc people might quote.

i have a friend got caught with class A drug cocaine, and was dealing it.....did i think a year or 2 at the most. so thats higher class, and dealing it aswell in comparison to a bottle for personal use. You might get a visit from mental health etc though.

In the UK, in most cases drug possession for personal use only is not dealt with at all seriously. You'd likely get a fine or even just a Police caution.

The only two sellers are A and C. Don't know if I can say either of them are that reliable. I've seen people say that even though they've paid A, they didn't receive anything. And with C, there's questions about the purity of the product.

If you do buy from A and C, make sure you have the correct email. And don't trust any SS member that tells you they can sell you their N.

I understand that you may be feeling quite desperate right now to find a way to ctb but you're all over the place asking random questions about so many completely different methods.
Please try to calm down a little, take some time to get to know us & the site & the lingo, read some of the methods megathreads & search for information that people have already shared, then you'll be able to decide on your preferred method (& maybe a plan B method) and plan & ask more relevant questions if you haven't already found your answers.

I think judging by the state of our legal system, prison overcrowding, lenient sentences, strain on the CPS, plus all the havoc that covid is creating.. I'd be very surprised if you even got arrested, let alone tried and sent to prison.
If the worst comes to the worst be honest and say you're suicidal, the police may 136 you - I can't even imagine that you'd actually be admitted to a psych ward. They'd probs just tell you if you feel suicidal go to A&E, or some such ludicrous advice.
