I purchased SN a few years ago (before pandemic) from EBay, the seller was well known on here at the time. I was visited by police after my local police force was contacted by Manchester police. There had been an investigation on the seller and everyone who purchased it from him was visited for a welfare check. Obviously when you buy from eBay your address etc for postage is available so I can see why they visited me. There had been a few deaths of people who had purchased SN from this seller hence why Manchester police decided to act on it. (The seller was based in Manchester).

I was very shocked at the time, they asked if I still had the SN in the house and I told them I bought it when I was feeling low but felt better now and has flushed it down the toilet a while back (lies). They seemed happy with my explanation and then they left. I was glad they didn't ask to search my home or anything, it was still scary.

Made me very cautious after that. I did post on here at the time when this happened and if I remember correctly a few users in the UK had also had a welfare check from their local police forces.

First and foremost, I'm so sorry to hear about your son's passing. I hope he's found the peace that he was seeking and that you're doing as well as you can given the death of your son!

Out of curiosity, are you here primarily seeking a better understanding of what led to your son's passing or because you yourself are planning to, or have at least considered the possibility of, CTB yourself?

I think you'd better ask him to delete your data in order to make sure you won't get a welfare check in case something happens to the guy behind DMC.

im on the fence about following through.. my parents are getting a divorce, i have 4 younger siblings. my mom is trying her best, tells me please to keep trying and not make things harder because shes doing her best for me and i need to work with her. my therapist, im lucky to have one, thanks to my mom who works so hard. if they got a welfare check which theyve been begging me not to do anything like run away or some shit like that, it could seriously fuck with things bc my dad is likely trying to avoid paying money to my mom in child support. the case is probably going to be that, because my mom is bipolar, she can't be trusted with us and she gave me mental illness. i have been in the ward, i know i am a um whats the phrase, a coin. something like that, a playing token.

she has always called me selfish, but i know that if anything like that ever is to happen, theres no luck for me. i know shell have been right. even more so than before.
now i have to at least make it worth the effort and end it even if im on the fence because otherwise im hurting everyone, ruining everything, for nothing. im sick of myself. i hate myself more than anything. :)

Ask him to delete your data after you receive your order. Or try to find a less risky source - which will be much, much cheaper. There are plenty of sources which ship to individuals in Poland.

The odds of you getting one are very low and if you do so what? Answer the door and tell them your okay and if they say more be dismissive and get on with your day.

I have ordered from DMC - I'm being positive that there will be no welfare checks as it's not purchased in the UK, so they will have no records of what I have purchased, and they seem to be aware of what/ who they are selling to so are labelling the packages incorrectly.
Once I have received my order I will email to have my details removed from his system cover it.
I did notice they have put a new disclaimer on the product info obviously to cover their own back should it be traced back to them.

Fingers crossed all goes to plan. They have upped their shipping within the space of a week so another assumption that their sales have peaked a little recently.

I think as soon as they knew I wasn't a minor and no minors lived at my home they cared way less. The huge shutdown of my supplier was more about that.
