UK Based, I need help to successfully "finish the job"

I live in the UK and have made several failed attempts. Things have been bad for aa long time, but on Friday I was sexually assaulted by a gay man whilst out walking and I cannot live with myself. I feel absolutely disgusting and I need help to escape this place once and for all.

The most recent OD attempts I genuinely felt like I had successfully done it as they were very large doses I had taken, but I woke up in A&E each time, with substantially increased dose taken on each of the subsequent attempts.

I've been on high bridge ledges, railway lines and busy roads, but I'm scared of physical pain and potentially being physically disabled and can't ever go through with these methods, I always chicken out.

Things like SN are pretty much impossible to get here, I ordered what I thought was SN and it turned out to be 0.03% purity which wouldn't harm a fly. I've looked at things like Diphenhydramine but that'd probably just knock me out and give a horrible trip beforehand.

I'm desperately asking for help, someone here in the UK must know of an easy way to go, similar to the SN route. I genuinely want this, I don't just want to escape my trauma, I want to escape my life. I cannot wait on SN being delivered from China or whatever, I need something within the next day.

It's awful here isn't it. All medications seem to be almost OD proof. The only good thing is Mental Health services now just let me get on with it. In the past they sectioned me and had me in the psych ward 4 times but now they're just like... "Yeah he's a lost cause" which gives me a bit more freedom to try things. By that I mean, if I fail, I'm free to try something else.

I'm lucky that I managed to grab sn and that it didn't get noticed by the police again, which has happened twice now. You might find something on the dark web. Pure helium or pure nitrogen gas (a bit different from nitrous oxide). But it would likely take a few days to gather all materials & learn about how to get it done.

I recently bought sn, no dark web required, but I'm wondering if it's too good to be true, and I can't seem to find anyone who will confirm that it's from a source that can be trusted or not.
