Help UK and Possible methods

I've been looking about on the forums.

I first favoured SN but I can't source it and read posts that some of the overseas sources are not reliable.
Then I looked at nightnight but i can't even find my "sweetspot" testing with my fingers. And as I've read more and more of the mega thread on it (up to page 21 of 59) it doesn't seem like it's getting any easier for people to execute this method - I will keep reading the thread though.
I do have an old motorcycle and have thought of possible taking the exhaust fumes from that ? It doesn't have a catalytic convertor and gets pretty fumy so i guess it would do the trick - how long does it take to pass out with that and how long to die? I don't want people coming into my garage if they hear the enging running before ive passed out and died etc.
Another possibility I am looking at is falling from height. There is a 168ft viaduct from me I could jump from (assuming my SI allows me to). Would that be high enough falling on to solid surface below?
I could always drive at high speed on motorcylce into a solid object without my helmet on properly - would that work?

Just desperately seeking a way out.

As far as exhaust fumes are concerned, I guess that the time involved would vary according to the size of the enclosure (garage ?) and how airtight it was.
Jumping onto a solid surface isn't always a given, and of course carries the inherent risk of disablement.
I'd forget the riding into a bridge support or similar. Having worked in first response emergency services and attended fatal and serious road traffic incidents this is way too unpredictable for my taste. Fatal incidents are a relatively low proportion of the high speed spills I attended, whilst mental and spinal injuries predominated where solo bikes were concerned.

I was thinking from 168 feet fall there would be little chance of survival - but that may be wrong in your first response experience (UK?).
Yes the exhaust fumes would be in an enclosed garage. I have access to an integral one (I don't want to use - it's the family house). But I also have access to a lock up garage. The only problem there is possibly being found when I try to do this - there are other garages next to it.

The jump is always unpredictable, the classic example folk give being the person who came from a plane, parachute failed to open and they survived (though as I recall with life changing injuries) when they landed in shrubbery. On the other hand I did attend an instance where a gent dropped from around the 12th/13th floor of a multi storey, landing feet first and still succeeded in dying instantaneously.
Only fatals involving exhaust fumes in vehicles of which I have personal knowledge were in cars with a hosepipe led from the exhaust into the vehicle through a window. One was successfull, one not.

My motorcycle is an old 850cc so kicks out plenty of fumes. So it should be good enough ?

I'm going to have a look at some of the other possibilities too.

I'm so upset I got 'rescued' when I attempted beginning February.

Booze and wrists. Seemingly the worst ways. As I've learnt. Although I wonder if I'd not been found if I'd have died from alcohol poisoning? I downed a bottle and half of vodka within a half hour or so. Not used to that.

I may look into it but it wasn't my first choice.
