Two guns?

What if I took 2 9mm pistols behind my ears & shot them at the same time? Would the bullets hit each other & cause an unfavorable outcome? Pls info

Sounds like a bad idea to me. If you are determined to ctb, I think it's best to avoid complexity. That way there is less to go wrong.

A single firearm, provided it is of appropriate size and is used properly, will almost certainly kill you. (Putting it behind your ear does not count as using it properly, whatever gun you use.) If I was going to ctb with a gun (I'm not) I would use a shotgun, with buckshot.

There's not much chance of them hitting each other per se.But I don't recall ever hearing of a suicide where this was attempted.

I would say really research and think through before you attempt with a gun. Guns are very special in the damage they do and the disfigurement. Which is why even if I had access to one, I would really not go by that method. I don't want to ever end up surviving a gun attempt.

2 guns won't work. You'll be unconscious before u could pull the 2nd trigger. Imo almost impossible to time the trigger pulls within milliseconds the time it takes the bullet to destroy ur brain

The slower hand gun bullets travel at 1000 feet per second

This is why a gunshot is painless if one hits the brain The brain is destroyed before it can process pain

Please do yourself a favor and don't overthink firearm method and mess it up. One 9mm to your head, either from the side or into the mouth, is lethal enough. There's a ton of evidence for this. There's never a need for two guns.

There's no way to fire 2 guns, simultaneously, into your head without some kind of mechanical device that does it for you.

If you google "suicide two guns" you'll see that a handful of people have pulled this off, but I'd recommend it against it for the same reasons that others have given you already: it adds unnecessary complexity.
