Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

One used gun and the other hang himself In the operating room.
I really wonder what prevented from them to use drugs.

Doctors can't write themselves prescriptions. One would have to get it from another doctor, who may notice what they're planning, or steal them, which would involve law enforcement and probably get some people fired. The planning would be a nightmare, I imagine.

Coulda been their own twisted sense of honor, coulda been knowledge/pressure,maybe desperation/impulsive..These folks kill themselves quick despite what they say..Or you believe.
Rest in peace to the doctors..And medical professionals.Takes a long time to get into that profession, then some take it seriously...
I can't speak for your country or any outside of the US, but hospitals here keep all medication in a locked room reminiscent of a police armory. They only have access to write a prescription or to get meds for a patient, even then the meds aren't handled by them.

Again, idk about over there, but here they've kept a pretty tight lock on pharmacies and the like since people figured out the oxycodone and Percocet get you fucked up. Johnson & Johnson was ordered to pay $800m usd for their part

Yes it baffled me until I spoke to a junior hospital doctor in the UK and asked him if he could get the good stuff but he said it's impossible they are so closely guarded, I suppose he's right as we have had a few mass murderers working in the UK hospitals, killing patients.

Ah I figured, and that makes sense. I think the organizations in charge of doctors as well as the legal system itself figured that doctors writing themselves prescriptions would be highly abusable (not limited to CTB'ing alone but other situations) so they closed such a loophole. Seems like even doctors need to get other methods if/should they choose to CTB themselves and while they could "illegally" acquire such means, it is very risky as it would result in legal issues as well as professional consequences (revocation of license and/or sanctions, fines, and other penalties).
I'm a doctor in Germany i can show my card and buy my self any drug EXCEPT the good stuff...and in hospitals each tablet or milliliter is counted and registered

Plus it messes with the life insurance left behind for the family of the person in question died commuting a criminal act.
@Jumper Geo put it the beat way though. It's put under a heavy lock because they know what it can do, and they have to deal with people trying to scam drugs everyday. They'd probably double their six figures if they were able to check out and sell drugs on the street
The most honroable way to ctb, IMO, would be to walk into an Emergency Room with a gun and your organ donor card in your hand and shoot yourself in the head..Tough to do..

About accessibility of drugs in uk hospitals for staff, i've worked in a hospital, and i seem to remember (this was in 07) in the rooms connected directly to the operating theatres was fentanyl and other drugs, i could've just picked some up if i wanted to. I don't know if anyone was monitoring how much was there but it was just sitting there with nobody else around it didn't look like there was much control of it to me.

I would love to ctb with fentanyl but they made it much harder to get it was freely available back before they new people was mixing it with heroin the doctors didn't mind prescribing it for all sorts of ailments like a bad back etc. But it's nearly impossible to get now even on the dark web people get traced and arrested, Trump forced China to stop producing it, a ship carrying tons of it was intercepted before reaching Mexico https://www.insightcrime.org/news/brief/china-fentanyl-ban-yet-to-hamper-mexico-crime-groups/

There was a situation back in 2009 where a prominent German billionaire lost all his money. Adolf Merkel was his name, and he owned one of the largest pharmacutical companies in Germany. He carried out cbt. He would have been in a position to access the proper drugs, but instead he jumped in front of a train. Go figure...

I'm afraid I missed the bus on fentanyl.

There was a big pharmacy in the hospital that had controlled access and a small warehouse for bulk drug storage, and in the operating theatre areas was just loose fentanyl and other stuff i never even knew what it was really at the time. May be it's changed since I dunno.
If you're very careful and do your research I believe it still may be possible to get it on the darknet, i've not done this myself but have found seemingly reliable vendors on empire selling it a couple of months ago and have read accounts of others buying it. But I can't say for sure.

China was prosecuting companies producing it, even in the UK it was in areas where heroin dealers were mixing and selling it on the streets, I was watching documentaries where the supply suddenly stopped, but I reckon I could find it in the USA as the Mexican cartels must still have tons of it hidden or still have contacts in China as they buy in bulk.

Yes, there isn't really consequences on that.
But my guess is they didn't know when to do it, and if they took drugs and in the end regret on that, their career is over.
Just hope that they knew how to use the methods rights
If the doctor doesn't know how to use the medication correctly nobody would :)
I've seen Dignitas documentaries and the one to ctb simply takes a drink which puts them in a deep sleep which then makes their heart stop. It does not seem like an involved process, especially for a doctor who would want to use it to check-out.
