Hi all,

I'm trying to understand what the PPH says here, so for veterinary nembutal liquid, you only need 1 bottle of 50ml ? is that right? but for sterile vet you need 2 bottles of 100 ml ? I just don't quite get it what makes the non sterile(dyed) more lethal, less ml but more in gram of nembutal purity?

It is not about "purity" but the amount of drug in the bottle. There can be the same (or more) drug in less volume by simply using less liquid to resuspend the drug powder. You need >=10 grams pentobarbital. You take the concentration of the drug in the bottle and multiply it by the volume of the bottle. Guessing from what you posted:
-65mg/ml * 100ml = 6500mg or 6.5g total in the bottle. If you have two bottles, 6.5g + 6.5g = 13g.
-200mg/ml * 50ml = 10000mg or 10g total in the bottle. Less volume but they put in more drug.

You are really stuck on pentobarbital, eh?

There are some old threads that I remember seeing around here where they ctb with it but used only 2 or so of their 5 50ml bottles I think no? I might remember wrong.

No idea. I do not follow this method at all. I just know how to calculate concentrations.
