Yea, that was a waste of time, lol. I had to try it though to see if it helped. I guess after a certain amount of time it is too late to get any help. I don't understand how excersizing and eating right will help. Like, I want to die, I don't even want to get out of bed lol. I'm so lonely I also thought that my therapist was going to care when I told him that I was going to cancel. It's whatever though, I plan on CTBing tonight. Hopefully I can do it, I always would stop halfway through. It feels different now, like I look forward to it. Let's see I guess.
