Venting trauma is ruining my life

recently i was basically forced to watch my mom try to kill herself. my father called me through to her before telling me she 'still had the pills in her hand'. the ambulance was on its way: there was nothing i could do. i hate remembering it. i need to move out. every time isee my parents i remember telling my father that i didn't need to see this, that it was wrong, but i couldnt leave. i *couldnt leave*. i'll never be able to forget this bullshit and the only solution is CTB because of how bad it fucked me up
I believe in her right to die btw i just think im allowed to be a little upset over being forced to watch

That's really shitty to say the least. Keep reaching out here. My brother found my mother's lifeless body after she ctb many years ago and it messed him up even though he was in his 30s at the time. Its not something we should have to go through
