I don't have access to benzos but I have tramadol. The problem is it has made me nauseous in the past but I have meto. Do you think it is worth the risk of becoming more nauseous? I also have Belsomra and Seroquel but haven't seen that anyone has subbed those for benzos in past threads

Have you ever taken Tramadol pills? How much do they help with pain?
If I manage to get these pills, then I have an idea to use these pills when taking SN

Sorry, I won't be able to answer your question because I don't know anything about it:(

Tramadol is a strong pain medication.

Diazepam is recommended for SN and other methods. It´s a long acting benzodiazepine, so a completely different drug with a completely different effect.

I've been prescribed tramadol for back pain a few years ago, and what i can say is that it's very potent. I remember perfectly that one time i took double of what i was supposed to (memory loss so i forgot i took a pill 30minutes before), fell asleep and then woke up on total panic because i stopped breathing. I still was very tired and wanted to sleep, but everytime i tried i stopped breathing and woke up. I had to wait a good 24h till some of it get out of my system to sleep again.
It scared me so much i never touched that shit again. To answer your question yes nausea is quite inevitable with this molecule, not a good idea to combine with SN imo.

Tramadol is the lightest of the opioids, which is why people have them. It doesn't kill the pain (what ever does?) but it shaves off the most jagged edges of it. Doesn't take you to that opioid headspace, but right to the threshhold. A nice, mild little fuzzy buzz. Light nausea, but if you take them for a few days, that goes away.
