i have one 10 mg cyclobenzaprine and four 50 mg tramadol. i read that these to combined can slow your respiratory system. do you think those plus a zofran (to help with nausea from the tramadol) would be enough to sedate me and ctb in my sleep? tia.

No way. Tramadol is a pretty safe drug. If it is possible to CTB with it you'd need much much more. Probably at least a few grams of it, and you'd need something that reacts with it accentuating respiratory depression, you'd need to look up what meds interact with it. Maybe morphine or benzos? Idk

It's often described as "plastic opiates".
I once found a bag of them in a bin that I was ditching some dog shit into. Couldn't give it away.

Tramadol doesn't work the same way with everyone. Some people experience difficulty to breathe while very sleepy, along with soft nausea, and others just react as with a simple painkiller.
It' s a very weird molecule. I had it prescribed a few years ago for backpain and i thought i was dying in my sleep and struggled to keep awake with 150mg.
I've seen a lot of people comment on it on forums and there are litteraly two kinds of people: those who hate it and have violent side effects with less than 200mg and those who take 1g (or more) a day without any problem.

I've also seen comments mentionning they took 2x or 3x the lethal dose and still woke up the next day.

Tramadol is the russian roulette of opiates derivatives. You either die on less than 500mg or wake up the next day following a 2g dose. It's very weird.

PS: Bear in mind that your 200mg might not be enough. I'd rather bet on either a much stronger dose (but it might as well fuck you up without dying) or another molecule such as fent which is particularly potent and unforgivable. Surviving fent is impossible with the "appropriate" dose, but there is still a lot of mystery around the time it takes to ctb on it.
