Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I am considering an overdose on the meds I have available to me, mainly topiramate, candesartan and promethazine but I also have access to sertaline (but I worry side effects may be contradictory to the other meds). From what I have read online, a combination of prescription meds is more likely to be lethal and topiramate it can be fatal if in combination with other drugs? Of course I may be misguided which is why I am asking here if it's worth a shot?

Here is a summary of the info I have gathered on each:
  • Topiramate: can range from asymptomatic to fatal really depending on how much is taken, history of the patient and if it's taken alone. Seems to cause a range between sleepiness, vertigo, agitation, mydriasis, seizures or metabolic acidosis. Most people didn't seem to get symptoms though.
  • Candesartan: Less info but from what I found can cause hypotension, dizziness, fainting, sleepiness and reflexive tachycardia.
  • Promethazine: CNS depression, unconsciousness, hypotension, respiratory depression, hyperreflexia, hypertonia, ataxia, athetosis, delirium and sudden death.
Is there any good over the counter antiemetics I should take? Does this sound like at least an okay plan? Is there anything I can do to make it more lethal (alcohol maybe or other over the counter pills)? Should the promethazine enough to keep me asleep?

Honestly I don't care too much if I live but it has bad side effects, I self poison to hurt myself (not kill myself) so hospital visits and OD complications are not so new or scary to me? I'd rather try than hold my hopes up for methods I can't do for whatever reason. Like SN is difficult to get a hold of in my country even though it'd probably be my go to method and I wouldn't be able to convince myself to jump in front of a train or car.

Thanks for the help guys.
